This has to be the most scrumptious snack I have ever posted. It is amazing how great frosting on a graham cracker tastes. This craft idea was recently shared with me in an email. It definitely looks like something that would be found in Family Fun. I wish I could give credit where it is due, but I do not know where credit is due.
What you’ll need:
- Graham crackers
- Frosting
- Miniature Marshmallows
- Red Food Coloring
- Scissors/Knife
- M&M’s (or gum drops)
Steps to Create a Graham Cracker Santa:
- Tint the frosting pink. These treats take such a little amount of frosting that one drop of food coloring was too much. In hindsight I wish I had put a drop in a cup and then used a toothpick to dot it in the frosting. Lesson learned!
- Spread the frosting across the entire graham cracker square
- Make some of the frosting be red
- Make a triangular red hat in one of the corners
- Cut 9 mini marshmallows in half
- Stick the marshmallows on to form a beard and the dot of the hat
- Use M&M’s to create a nose and eyes

So, who will be trying this in the next few days? 😉
