Making food fun is what makes eating exciting for our little ones. For many it’s what gets them to eat anything at all! My firstborn was super easy. She has always loved all sorts of veggies and fruits. My second child, however, turns his nose up to anything even remotely healthy. You would never guess they were raised in the same house with their separate eating habits! Because of his poor eating habits, I have had to get super creative on how to get him to eat some healthier meals. One of the best tricks to date is to give him dip for everything! My little guy loves to dip! In fact, he will eat just the dip without having anything to dip it into, and that’s fine with me when the “dip” is actually some pureed sweet potatoes (or something similar).
