I love when items for our dinners are purchased on sale.  The Publix Italian Days Sale is the perfect time to stock up on our favorite essentials.  I am so excited that I also have a $25 Publix gift card giveaway!

From February 11th through March 1st Publix runs that Italian Days – Taste the Tradition event.  You can get great prices and coupon savings on some of your favorite General Mills brands and ingredients for great Italian recipes.

    Spinach stuffed chicken, the only way to get my daughter to eat spinach, but my family LOVES it, I normally do mashed potatoes and cabbage as the side dishes.

    My favorite meal that we eat together as a family is when we all work together and make home made pizzas together. Its always so much fun.

    I love doing variations of spaghetti and lasagna, because both my kids like this type of food. Last night we made barbecue chicken lasagna, and it was yum!

    since it is just me and my 3 4 legged girls, my favorite meal is to fix a big pot of veggie soup with beans, cabbage, onions, tomatoes, soup veggies. i freeze part of it. it is cheap,low fat, and lots of fiber. with my girls we share bananas, apples, blueberries.
