If you live in the Atlanta area you have heard the name Tripp Halstead. Heck, if you have a Facebook account you have probably heard his name too. This special little boy has been on the news often. If you don’t know his story it is one that will make you fight back tears. He was injured when a tree branch fell on his head at daycare right here in Atlanta during Hurricane Sandy. This little boy has been in and out of the hospital for months. Thankfully he is doing better now.
If you are in the Gwinnett area on May 2nd head to The Arena at Gwinnett Center for a special event.
Kids can enjoy fun activities, sign a card for Tripp, and receive a visit from a special guest on May 2nd at 3:00 pm! Know that Disney On Ice presents Worlds of Fantasy is scheduling shows at the Arena during this time period. I have no confirmation on the “special guest” slated to appear at this event…..but we can all make a good guess….and cross our fingers! And I am just going to say that the link to this event is called LIGHTNING MCQUEEN. Just sayin’!
