If you are looking for inexpensive Halloween decorations look no further than a Pumpkin Front Door made with crepe paper. This easy Halloween decoration is incredibly nice on our budgets, costing only $1.00 for the crepe paper! You can pick up a 2 pack of crepe streamers at the Dollar Tree during Halloween time. If you don’t shop at the Dollar Tree you can order a pack from Amazon for a little more than that.
Once you have your crepe paper you can get busy tape strips across your door. It is important to note that crepe paper does not like humidity. This project is best to complete the morning of Halloween or your Halloween party. Trust me when I say that you do not want to wake up to a wilted set of streamers!
I secured the crepe paper in place with painter’s tape on the edge of the door.
My girls were so, so excited when they came home and saw this giant pumpkin Halloween decoration on the door. The only thing it is missing, according to them, is a stem.

How cute! We don’t really decorate much. We’ve never had a trick or treat-er visit in the 11 years we’ve lived in our house! No one wants to walk down a steep hill, dead-end street 🙂

That is so cute!! I wish I could do that, but we have too much rain and the way our house sits, the rain hits against the front door…crepe paper and water? not so good. Maybe I could do it on the inside though. 🙂
