Who doesn’t struggle with bras and clothing at least a little bit while nursing?  I have to be blunt and admit that I LOVE my “size” when I’m nursing so much more than the aftermath when my milk is all dried up, but that doesn’t mean I don’t have some issues with having comfortable and supportive bras and tops.   That’s why I find investing some cash in a few awesome nursing bra tops is essential to give you support while providing convience to nursing.  At Glamourmom, they strive to provide apparel that meets each and every need of a nursing mom.  In addition to carrying maternity, sleepwear, nursing bras, and non-nursing bra tanks, they carry three different styles of nursing tanks/tops.

I was given the opportunity to review the Full Bust Nursing Bra Long Top from Glamourmom.  I have to say I was a huge fan before I even put it on!  I absolutely love the length these come in.  Part of my struggle with nursing tanks (and even some regular shirts honestly) is that many of them seem short and when I’m in that transition period of losing my pregnancy weight, I want something that is going to fully cover my stomach (and then some).  In all honesty, in the past I have ended up wearing a nursing bra tank and then another shirt over it because of these issues.  Finally I have found one that I don’t have to cover up and can actually wear as part of my outfit!  The length of this top is going to be great for after baby as it even covered my big 35-week belly! 

While this tank is really for nursing versus maternity, I have to confess that I have already been wearing it even though I am still very much pregnant.  It is super comfortable!  The straps are a bit wider than most bra tanks so I feel extra secure and supported when wearing this top!  Obviously I can’t say for sure that the top fits perfectly for me while nursing, but it seems pretty true to size.  It has the adjustable elastic chest band to support my transitioning bust size (which may be the reason I can manage to wear it now being so pregnant), which I love!  The hook closures were easy to open and close one-handed, which will be helpful when I’m holding my little guy and trying to discreetly nurse him and as an added bonus it washes so nicely!  With a summer nursing baby, I can assure you this is going to be one of my favorite nursing bra tops!!  I may just need to invest in a few more in other colors to add to my wardrobe!
