Readers -please take the time to check your medicine cupboards. Novartis (a major drug manufacturer) issued a voluntary recall on select bottle sizes of Excedrin, NoDoz, Bufferin, and Gas-X . More information about this recall can be found on the Novartis website. There is a toll-free phone number you can call. I have been calling for the past hour and never gotten though. This is a recall where you mail the product back to the manufacturer and they reimburse you for the product as well as $2 shipping. Hopefully this costs less than $2 to mail!
The trial size Excedrin has been free several times this year, with the most recent time being the week of Thanksgiving at CVS. We are certain that some of you have this product at home…..especially because we have it right in front of us!
