Best of Publix: August 18th to 24th

Cheap pasta is always good.  If you don’t want it for your family the food bank will gladly take it.  Pasta has such a long shelf life (sometimes close to two years).  Word to the wise, shop early this week because there are quite a few coupons that expire very soon!

Here are a few things to keep in mind when shopping at Publix:

• Buy One Get One Free deals ring up half price, except in Florida.
• Publix accepts manufacturer’s coupons on both items sold in a Buy One Get One Free pair
• Publix accepts competitor coupons.  Check with your store to see whom they deem as competitors
• You may use one store coupon and one manufacturer coupon on the same item OR you may use one competitor coupon and manufacturer coupon on the same item.
• Coupons up to 50¢ in value are doubled (except in Florida)
