Recently my husband and I spent hours the other night searching for deals on a Disney cruise… my eyes were literally about to bleed. The dollar signs that accompany a cruise are a little terrifying! That’s when I thought “if only there were coupons for travel.”

The blog is run by a pair of brothers who had all the desires to travel and none of the money (sounds familiar, right???). They got turned on to this idea of “travel hacking” when one of them bought a $100 off coupon for $5 and saved $95 on a flight. It wasn’t long before it wasn’t enough to save money on flights and they were flying for free. Essentially what they do is take advantage of travel reward benefits from credit cards. I couldn’t help but be skeptical, but they have me pretty convinced that it wouldn’t affect my credit if I manage them effectively. They post about other sneaky travel tips and fun vacation itineraries that you can take using frequent flyer miles and points. It’s pretty impressive. And in truth, we DO have a Marriott credit card that we use for vacations. This idea is not new to our family by any stretch. I love points!!!
One of the brothers is going a tour of Alpine Europe in April on $4000 in free travel from applying for credit cards. There was another post about getting $800 in flights on Southwest.
