We have a few store credit cards – Old Navy and Kohls mainly. There are so many advantages to having/using store cards rather than regular credit cards – the main reason being the perks you get from the card. When you purchase $XXX dollars at Old Navy they send you a $10/10 coupon. We were very far from meeting our goal this year and Old Navy bumped up our amount automatically for us and mailed the coupon.
About two weeks ago we received three $10/10 coupons to use at Old Navy when you use your Old Navy card. These three coupons are to be used one a week for three weeks. I went in the other day and bought a children’s vest that was originally $29.50. It was on sale for $10 and I used my $10 coupon bringing my total down to $0.00. That is an awesome freebie!
We also have a Target Visa. When you spend $1,000 on it you get a 10% pass that is valid for an entire day. I love those passes and hope to have one for the toy clearance.
