This August at JC Penney you can get a FREE back to school haircut if you are a JCP Rewards Member and have a child in Kindergarten through 6th grade (while supplies last). You must call your JCPenney salon to schedule your child’s appointment during the month of August. Please remember that this hair cut is free, but you should still leave a tip with the hairdresser if they did a good job.
