Free $5 Gap Gift Cards For You and Your Friends via Wrapp

A few days ago we told you how to get a free $5.00 Gap Gift Card with the Wrapp App on your Android or iPhone.  I had the opportunity today to use the Wrapp app at Gap (gee, that is all rhymey!) and was pleased at just how easy it was to redeem my free $5.00 gift card!  All I had to do was open the app and select the gift card from my Wrapp wallet.  The cashier manually entered the code and my gift card was deducted.  Then I selected the “delete” option and the gift card was no longer available in my wallet.  Easy peasy!

Here is what you need to do to get your free $5 Gap Gift Card

1. Head to Wrapp and sign up for a free account using your Facebook account.
2. Claim your free $5 Gap gift card.  It will be saved into your Wrapp virtual wallet.
3. Download and install the app onto your iPhone or Android phone.
4. Head to your local Gap store.  Open the Wrapp app at checkout and show the cashier your free $5  Gap gift card.  The cashier will manually type the numbers and you will receive $5 off your order.
5. Spread the Wrapp love with your friends!  On the Wrapp online site click “Friends” at the top.  Select your friend and then gift them a $5 gift card.  You are only allowed to give one free Gift Card to the friend you select, so choose wisely since there are other free gift cards.  Then tell that friend that you would like them to Wrapp you a free $5 Gap gift card once they see how cool it is.  You will then have another free $5 in your Wrapp account.

If you have Facebook friends you can get even more money in gift cards to spend at Gap through Wrapp.  On the Wrapp online site click “Friends” at the top.  Select your friend and then gift them the $5 gift card.  You are only allowed to give one free Gift Card to the friend you select, so choose wisely since there are other free gift cards you can gift as well.  Then tell that friend that you would like them to Wrapp you a free $5 Gap gift card too.  It doesn’t hurt to tell a friend exactly what you want from time to time.

If you try giving a friend a free gift card via your phone it will be sent to them on their birthday.  Thus, it may be better to give your friends their free gift cards using the website.

I had a friend send me a $5 Gap Wrapp rewards so I had two to use (one when I signed up, and one from my friend).  I was able to use both codes in the same transaction (although I was more than willing to make two transactions).  Please note: Upon reading the terms of this gift card, it appears that it is limit one per transaction.  I didn’t read the fine print until afterwards.  Please don’t make the same mistake I did.
