Fiber One yogurt is a scrumptious snack. Best-selling author and food expert Lisa Lillien, AKA Hungry Girl, has given her “seal of approval” to the new Fiber One yogurt.
Packed with calcium, Vitamins A and D, only 50 calories and 5 grams of fiber (20 percent of the Recommended Daily Value) Fiber One makes this a guilt-free and all-around great choice for dieters and those watching their weights. Fiber One is available in a variety of flavors including, Strawberry, Peach, Vanilla and Key Lime Pie.
I agree that a “seal of approval” should be given to Fiber One’s newest yogurts. I have tried both the Vanilla and Strawberry yogurts and have not been disappointed. There was no unpleasant aftertaste associated with either of these flavors. Fiber One yogurts are great for a snack or desert.
For your own chance to try Fiber One Yogurt, Safeway and Fiber One are working with MyBlogSpark to provide a $50 Safeway gift card (also valid at Dominick´s, Tom Thumb, Randalls, Vons, Genuardi´s) to one lucky CouponsAreGreat reader.
