As a former educator I think it is important for my girls to learn about the world around them. While this book is designed for older kids I had no problem letting my girls look at the photos in the book. Some of the content was too mature for them, but I was able to paraphrase and scale the content back so it was age appropriate. These books captured my girls’ attention with the bright, unusual, and gross photos.

Definitely has kid-factor written all over it. Should gross out parents and enthrall kids. I would say start with the “That’s Gross” if you have boys because you need to get them to sit still long enough to read and this should certainly do it!
