The Scan Right Guarantee is sooooo super cool. If any of the items you bought rings up at the wrong price, you get that item for free. Generally, if you bought multiples of that item, you get the first for free and your money refunded on the rest of the items. Both Kroger and Publix have this policy. The next time you are overcharged for something, take it to customer service. It is definitely worth your time!Tonight I bought four free cans of Dole. As I drove away from Kroger I realized my total was way too high. My $1.69 Dole that was tagged at $1.00 did not reflect any discounts on my receipt. So I took my four cans back in to customer service with the shelf tag. The customer service guy refunded me $3.76 rather than the $2.76 I expected. One dollar goes a long way for a couponer!
