The holiday season is filled with travel. I am lucky enough that I have never been stuck in an airport overnight….but my my mother-in-law and my dog have both been delayed at the airport. Crazy things do happen.
Sometimes people even fall in love at airports. Connecting Flights is a romantic comedy that show you that sometimes you can fall in love in the strangest places. I love that the stars in this video are bloggers.

We really did lose our dog at the airport. His connecting flight wasn’t the exact same as our. He was returned to us 18 hours after we landed. That happened a few months after my older daughter (9 months old at the time) screamed non-stop on a flight from Atlanta to Seattle. I saw some beautiful aspects of people that day….and some absolutely ugly aspects of other people. Despite these two mishaps, flying is still my favorite method to get from the east coast to the west coast! My husband often travels for work and he says he will just sit with a coffee in the airport and “people watch.”
