BBL, of course is more expensive. I like Killer buns and thighs more bc it is a shorter workout. I have sever asthma so I can’t go the distance with the longer workouts, but I see more results will Kb&t, its probably bc its more intense since its a shorter workout. Hope this helps.
With a rating of 4.5 stars and a great price I am thinking I have nothing to lose with this video. Scratch that…..I do have my problem areas to lose…my Killer Buns & Thighs! Hopefully I can turn my flabby “killer” into the Jillian Michaels awesome “killer” that the video intends!
