In the world of couponing I feel like a latecomer to doing surveys. I have been a member of MyPoints since 2007, but that is the only survey site I am signed up with. I recently joined a few different survey sites and am finally to the point to where I can cash out on Lightspeed Consumer Panel. Between 3/8/2010 and 3/29/2010 I successfully completed three Lightspeed surveys. With the points that I earned from those three surveys I am able to cash out for a $5 gift card. Lightspeed does not have a referral program. I recommend setting up a secondary email address for surveys as you will get quite a few emails (not spam) regarding the surveys you can participate in.
