Happy October 1st. The last three months of the year are here. Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are typically times filled with unhealthy eating in my house. Time to go to the gym or pop in a workout video is increasingly hard to find.
Last year I enrolled in a Biggest Loser competition at this time. My goal was to lose 10 lbs, and I came very close to reaching my milestone. However, in the last year I have watched the scale slowly creep upwards. For the last 6 weeks I was unable to workout beyond walking as I was undergoing physical treatment for my knee. I have the green light to start running again today. Woohoo!
It is my hope that you join me for Workout Wednesdays. Chime in with your workouts, weight loss, frustrations, triumphs, or anything that is on your mind. I know half of my problems is be unaccountable for my actions. Workout Wednesdays are designed to keep me on my toes (literally)!
