This year I decided to purchase a Charlotte CitiPass book when they started doing their scratch and dent sale. I have been very pleased with the coupons and selection in the book, and I think I’ll continue to buy them each year! If you live in the Charlotte area, go here to get one of your books for a reduced price. My scratch and dent book simply had a marker line on the binding, but of course all my coupons are in tact.
Even if you don’t eat out often or attend a lot of attractions, the Bi-Lo FREE coupons alone are well worth the book! Each book contains the following coupons for Bi-Lo:

I haven’t been able to figure out all the cities that carry CitiPass books. So far, I have come up with Raleigh here, Nashville here (doesn’t appear to have released the scratch and dent sale yet), and Charlotte here as carrying them. Let me know if you know of more locations that carry these!
