Tonight I left the tasks of dinner and putting the kids to bed to my husband and went to complete a market research study with AOC Research here in Charlotte. It was the best kind of study too- a taste test! What can be better than a “night out” where they pay YOU to take a break from the regular tasks of being a mommy and come try out new food products? I mean a room full of 20 woman and food are a fun combo anyway, but then you add the fact that I walked out of there with more cash (and yes, they actually paid me CASH) in my pocket then I came with, and I was one happy camper!!
