I also got a $10/$50 through E-VIC this week, and I had no idea until I was checking out today. I paired it with a home mailer $10/$50 coupon I received the other week to get $20 off a $60 grocery bill. It took me a bit of time to get my bill up to $60 after coupons, which is why I added in the 10-inch hanging baskets that were $5 each!
Pretend for a minute that the above picture also includes 16 more 2-liters of Diet Mountain Dew, one more hanging basket of flowers, two more 3-lb bags of frozen chicken breasts, and a 6-pack of Mott’s Applesauce. I got everything for a total of $40.00 including tax.
Now, this is a high grocery bill for me, but I couldn’t help but take advantage of the $10/$50 E-VIC paired with the home mailer coupons I had in my possession, especially since my husband drinks Diet Mountain Dew like it’s water.
