I have to admit, since couponing, I haven’t shopped at Walmart much. In fact, while I was there tonight I am sure I looked like a nutcase wandering around trying to find stuff (which reminds me, I need to go CVS tomorrow to get the one thing I couldn’t find at Walmart).
I broke out of my shell and price matched while I was there. I needed some Culturelle which I noticed was $14.99 in the Publix flier. At Walmart the price was $18.97. An instant savings of almost three dollars. It was super simple – I showed the cashier my ad, the date, and the product, and she entered it for me. Yay!
I may go back this weekend to get some Butterick patterns instead of going down to Joann’s. It was that easy.
