One big trend in couponing is the rise of digital coupons and digital rebate programs. Having smart phones means that we can take advantage of smart phone technology including cameras and location based services. 
With coupons, rebates, and apps it is so silly to pay full price for everything. But using these apps can feel overwhelming if you have not used them before, so I created a video on how to use Ibotta after seeing one of my friends ask for the low down on Facebook. I love that with Ibotta there are generic brand offers on a regular basis. You are often able to save on things like gum, diapers, cream cheese, and more without worrying about a name brand. Sometimes generics are cheaper, so this is an incredible way to save even more money on things you were buying anyway.
