We bought our elf several years ago…before it was the coolest trend around. Last year I decided our elf needed some BLING. You can update your elf with a few items you may already have in your house. Some new jewelry and glitter always makes me feel a little jollier. What about you?
To update our elf I found earrings. Using Aleene’s glue I adhered them to our elf’s ear. You can use tiny pearly, fake diamond accents, or anything really! I added a glittery pom-pom to the top of top of our elf’s hat. Using Glitter Glue (generic is available at the Dollar Store) I edged the elf’s hat and her collar. It was a very easy craft project that turned our boy looking elf into an unmistakable girl.
