So tonight I told Brian I may enter the world of blogging. We have this feature available on our website, so I don’t know where I will blog, but at least I can try it out here for a bit.
Today I met up with a bunch of couponers from my local couponing group. We have a google group and we decided to get together for a coupon exchange and shopping trip. I didn’t trade any coupons as I didn’t need deodorant that Brian won’t wear, which was the hot trader. But we shopped together afterwards and it seriously was like an episode of Supermarket Sweep. We grabbed our carts and all went to stock up on the same items. There was a lady there who talked about going to Walmart and using the $3/2 cleanteam and a $1/1 coupon with it. So I quickly alerted her to the Kroger deal, and asked if she would pave the way for me. She did! We had zero problems. I am so happy to say that I saved 97% at Kroger and bought ALL of this:
for $4.54. I paid $1.39 for the soda because my total was going to be $0.00 and I wasn’t sure if they would allow that. Tax was $3.15. I was able to get every single one of those wipes FOR FREE!!!!!!!!!!!! It is not as good as triples, but how often do you really get wipes for free?
