I Am Currently Writing a List

I am currently making a list of what is happening in my life right this very minute.  These posts break from the traditional deal posts, but are a fun addition to the Coupons Are Great website.

I am sitting at Karate as big sister learns confidence, respect, integrity, and more.

I am researching two story great room draperies/curtains.  These crushed satin ones are on the top of my list.  But I am not sold/convinced that they are exactly right.

I am considering making my own two story draperies.  It makes me nervous.  It’s not the sewing that gives me butterflies, it’s the choosing a fabric that will look good in our living room.

I am reading Tina Fey’s Bossypants.

I am waiting for the final season of Sons of Anarchy to start.  The Sons Season 6 season finale was absolutely incredible.

I am watching One Upon a Time on Netflix.  I am on Season 1 Episode 7 and not in love with this show, but think it’s alright.  I love Wicked (the musical) and cannot wait for it to return to The Fox Theater in Atlanta in the spring.  I hoped Once Upon a Time would be as great as Wicked, but that is a tall, tall order.

I am not using many coupons because I have been shopping at Aldi and Sprouts and with prices that low………..you almost don’t need coupons!

I am avoiding the Girl Scout email asking me to be a troop leader.  I just don’t feel experienced enough (says the woman with a Master’s Degree in Special Education and two expired teaching certifications).

I am the room mom for both of my girls classes.  Well, I am technically the co-room mom in Big Sister’s class.  I look forward to a fun school year.

I am training for 3 half marathons.  The hilly half marathon is October 4.  The flat half marathon is October 25.  I would love to get a sub two hour time for the flat race.  And then there’s a race on Thanksgiving Day.

I am planning a Hawaiian themed birthday party for Big Sister.  I can’t believe she is almost eight!
