Google Documents is awesome. I helped organize my ten year high school reunion last summer with three other girls who lived in three different states. With the use of Google Documents we were able to store all of our data in one centralized place for free.
At the beginning of 2010 I decided I needed to do a better job keeping track of my rebates. I turned to Google Documents again. The thing that I love the most about my document is that I can access it from anywhere. If I am on my laptop outside with the girls and remember to enter a rebate, I don’t have to rush in to the Mac to do it. Being able to share documents in Google is also pretty cool.
Attached is a screen shot of my current rebate spreadsheet. I fill in the rows with green when I receive the rebate so it is visually easy to see what is outstanding. Sometimes I calculate my total out of pocket to get a rebate, but not always.
I would love, love, love to know how you track your rebates! I am always up for change if something better is out there.
