If you are interested in receiving a $5/5 JC Penney coupon you should sign up for their rewards program. Look at the lower left hand corner for the promo code (it was 3008 when I signed up). You do need to register a credit card with them to receive the coupon. By registering your credit card you are signed up to receive further rewards.
