What better way is there to celebrate fall than with the new movie Spookley the Square Pumpkin? Well, one lucky reader will win an incredible prize pack that includes Spookley thanks to the generous people at Kidtoons.

Kidtoons is a family focused business that helps parents connect with their children by bringing family friendly animated movies to the big screen every weekend at participating theatres across the country.

Participating Kidtoons theatres showcase a fun, affordable family friendly matinee movie and provide a family experience filled with entertaining, kid-friendly characters, as well as cartoon shorts, music videos and sing-alongs before each movie. We even have fun giveaways for the kids, such as stickers, temporary tattoos, activity books or toys after every film.

But wait! Although Kidtoons boasts affordable family fun they went one step further by adding the Kidtoons Birthday Club! When you sign up to be part of the club you will be able to you can enjoy the latest Kidtoons movies for your child’s and/or your birthday, on them. During the month of October you wil be able to watch Spookley the Square Pumpkin at a theater near you.  I checked the listing in my area and the cost for our entire family of four to go to the theater to see this movie is only $12!!!  That is a great price for a cute movie.

One Day in the Pumpkin Patch, the strangest little pumpkin hatched…Spookley the Square Pumpkin was different.  In a world where “The only good pumpkins are round pumpkins!”, Spookley is shunned by the other pumpkins until a mighty storm threatens to destroy the entire patch.  As the storm rages, Spookley proves that being different can save the day. “It’s fine to be round while the weather is fair, but there are times it’s better to be a square!”  Spookley is a wonderful movie for special needs children as well – reminding all that it’s okay to be different.  As always, Kidtoons is committed to providing safe, affordable, fun family matinees.

    We love to visit the pumpkin patch and pick the perfect pumpkin to carve. Then we decide what to carve, carve it, and roast the seeds. We also like to drive out of the city and look at the changing leaves.

    Our favorite fall tradition is playing in a leaf pile. We rake the leaves into a big pile and the kids jump in, throw leaves and ask to be “buried”. It’s such a fun way to enjoy the beautiful season.

    My favorite part about fall is attending the local events. My town has a pumpkin festival, we go to a local pumpkin farm that has a ton of things for the kids to do, we love going to see Spookley the Square Pumpkin (we’ve seen it the last 3 years) and going for walks in the cool evenings to see the leaves change. Easily my best time of year.

    Every year we visit the pumpkin patch to pick out our pumpkins. It is at a local church so we always buy more than one and tend to go back a week later! We always go with friends and we take each other’s family pictures among the pumkins. So much fun…almost time to head up there!!

    We love to go pick out pumpkins in a pumpkin patch. We go to a local church which creates a theme outside like a pumpkin patch with rows and rows of different size pumpkins for you to choose from. They also have scare crows and hay bales around for you to take pictures. 100% of the profits go to a local abuse shelter so it is definitely worth the couple of extra dollars.

    My fall tradition is to take the gardens down and start up the Halloween fun. Movies like Spookley, Mad Monster Party and others make it a fun spooky time for my kids. We make cookies and homemade candy and talk about the leaves changing colors and other fall stuff.

    We have a big back yard with lots of trees, after raking all the leaves in a big piles, we enjoy jumping in the leaves, we’ve been doing it since my three sons (ages 30, 29 adn 27) were young and now we do it with my three year old granddaughter.
