List of Free Gluten Free Cookbooks

During the month of June we are trying a BIG experiment at our house…..Little Sister (age 5) is going to go Gluten Free.  I am stocking up on all the free gluten free  cookbooks that I can now….so maybe I will be prepared for the month of June.  Little Sister has had eczema her entire life.  There is no medically confirmed cause of eczema and the theories regarding the cause cast a wide net.  Little Sister had an allergy test done that showed she was allergic to both wheat and gluten.  So for the month of June we are going to try a gluten free diet and we will monitor her eczema to see how it does.  It should be interesting!
