Head to the Whole Foods One Day Sale where you can purchase Organic Apples for $1.49 per pound on Friday November 8, 2013.  Granny Smith, Gala, and Braeburn are included in this sale!  You can choose a 5 pound bag for only $5.o0!  Can you believe it?  Organic apples for $1.00 a pound?  That’s amazing.   I will be getting out my Apple Corer/Peeler and making homemade applesauce this weekend.  Our house is going to smell fan-tas-tic!  Check out these apple recipes for some inspiration.
