Yo ho ho Mateys! Disney Junior brings us the return of Peter Pan – but his shadow is missing! Peter returns to Never Land to seek help from his kid pirate friends Jake, Izzy, and Cubby. They use teamwork to find Peter’s shadow and return it to its rightful owner. Of course Captain Hook and Mr. Smee put a few kinks in their plans! “Jake and the Never Land Pirates: Peter Pan Returns” will be released on DVD on April 3rd and will come with two hours of content, Jake’s first digital copy, and a FREE in-pack Never Land Sword.
We are huge Jake and the Never Land Pirates at our house. Huuuuuge! In fact, just today I purchased a toy shield with a pirate skull on it to add to our growing pirate toy collection. I have two little girls who love all things pirate and Peter Pan. In fact the one thing that I have thought was missing from Jake and the Never Land Pirates was Peter Pan, Wendy, John, and Michael. With Peter flying in to join the gang it is perfect!
We give huge kudos to Disney Junior for creating such an amazing television program. Since we do not have cable we look forward to these DVD releases! When I tell my girls that there is a new Jake DVD coming out they are going to want to circle the date on the calendar!
