Visit the Kids Bowl Free website to see which local bowling alleys are participating in the Kids Bowl Free summer program. You will be able to see the details for the selected bowling alley including dates, times, age requirements, and shoe rental fees. Select the bowling alley you would like to bowl at and register your child for free!
Redeem Your Bowling Coupons
Every week, on Sunday, you will receive an email from Kids Bowl free that contains links to your printable bowling passes. Bring those printed coupons or your smartphone to the listed bowling alley.

Only select bowling alleys in the United States and Canada participate in this program. Check the bowling alley’s registration page for more information as each participating location has different times and shoe rental fees.
Bowl for Cheap as a Parent
There are a few options to bowl for cheap as a parent.
You can sign up for the Family Pass where adults get 2 games of bowling per day, per adult family member for up to 4 family members for $28.95.
Check your bowling alley’s website for daily specials. My local bowling alley has 99¢ bowling on Wednesdays.
Purchase your own bowling shoes. This is a great idea for adults whose feet have stopped growing, but not necessarily for a child whose feet may grow two sizes in two week’s time. Shop around the internet for the best price and don’t forget to see if a cash back portal like Ebates will give you any money back. I bought a pair of bowling shoes last summer that I have used several times now. I am not sure I have actually broken even on them….but it is a little awesome that I have my own pair of bowling shoes that no one else has worn and that fit my feet perfectly.
