I found these in the Christmas section and on an endcap in the food section. This is a stock up price FOR SURE on these toothbrushes. I am normally happy to find them under $2.00.
While we were looking at Target Christmas clearance we found the yellow dot items in the Dollar Bins at the front of the store were marked down 50% as well.
