Weekend Family Fun: April 9th and 10th

It is possible to find free activities to do with your children each weekend at major retailers coast to coast. These free family events are fun for everyone.  You don’t have to break the bank to get out of the house and have fun without spending a fortune!

Disney Store – Saturday April 9th at 11:00 am and 12:30 pm
Come dressed as your favorite character and join in the Minnie Masquerade  where there will be an exclusive viewing party of Minnie’s Masquerade before it airs on Disney Jr., and special royal crow craft activity, and a fun costume parade where everyone wins a prize.  This is for children ages 3 and older.  Call you local store to confirm that start time prior to leaving your house!  . Event limited to a maximum of 25 children per session.

Lakeshore Learning: Saturday April 9th from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm
Children will make a spring chick.

Lowes Build and Grow: Saturday April 9th from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm
Children will build a Free Sports Pinball game.

Michaels: Saturday April 9th from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm
During the Knack FREE family event you will Create Vivid Art with Crayola® Neon Explosion™ – five times brighter than regular markers on construction paper. Each page features unique, licensed images and content for an exceptional play experience. While supplies last. Ages 3 and up.

Michaels: Sunday April 10th from 1:00 until 3:00 pm
Get ready for the big Easter hunt. Decorate a FREE Easter pail at Michaels. While supplies last. Ages 3 and up.

Toys R Us: Saturday April 9th from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm
Enjoy the Thomas Play Date with story time, coloring and FREE giveaways!

Walgreens: Saturday April 10th from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm
Visit the store as 1 million Free Gogos will be distributed.

Walmart: Various time throughout the weekend
Check to see if your local Walmart has any demonstrations, samples, or events planned this weekend.
