December is upon us. Do you have a December workout goal? My crazy friend Nicole created a challenge called Runcember. The goal is to run or walk at least one mile every single day in December. I know…..DECEMBER? Like the busiest month of the year…and this crazy person wants me to run or walk one mile every single day? A sane person looks at their calendar and says no-thank-you. Those of us who are a little crazy say “Sure thing! I can do a mile a day” and they sign up for an online, virtual challenge.
My name is on that list. I just committed to walking/running one mile every single day.
Oh look, there we are! That was January 2012 at the Princess Half Marathon at Disney World. Running in a homemade Rapunzel Costume was a lot of fun!

I just saw this post, but im in, so I will get in 2 miles tomorrow to make up for today ;)…Then at least a mile everyday for the month of December
