It works for non-student accounts. When I went to the link, a popup window came up with my balances and a place to put the code. I put in the code and hit “Apply”, but it didn’t accept it. I closed the popup window and clicked on the “Enter Your Code” button. The popup window came up, and it accepted the code when I entered it again.
