When you upload your Garmin data (wirelessly) you have an accurate chart of how often you are running.  I totally love this!  I ran a half marathon on Thanksgiving and here is my summary of the race.  Yeah, not quite 13.1 miles  – the race said it was 13.01 and then I forgot to press start after a potty stop.  Oops!
