The month of November is so much fun. The leaves are falling, the weather is crisp, and the cooking is yummy. Sometimes we go a little stir crazy in the fall because it may be a little too chilly or rainy to head outside to play. It is possible to keep kids busy in November. This Thanksgiving Word Scramble features mixed up words that related to the month when we sit around the dinner table as a family and feast.
These 14 words are mixed up and ready to be put in the correct order. The answers (in order of top to bottom) are: turkey, cranberries, pie, leaves, hay, family, thankful, dinner, parade, feast, pilgrims, potatoes, November, feast.

We take these on road trips and to restaurants with us. I have found that things like this are handy to keep in my purse for times when my girls get bored (like at Home Depot or Lowes). They love the cute picture and the challenge while I love seeing them use their brains. I can’t lie, the moment of silence is also pretty nice too!
If you want a fun Thanksgiving Day activity for your kiddo, this Thanksgiving Table Cloth makes me smile. I wish it had been around when I was a kid at the kid’s table on Thanksgiving!
