Mission Menu Challenge

Tortillas are an essential part of our monthly meal plan.  They are such a versatile food that they can be used for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert!  Looking back at my childhood I can recall spreading butter on an uncooked tortilla, wrapping it up, and eating it just like that.  The thought now makes me cringe, but at the time I loved it.
