While reading this cute story you and your child will ponder how we say good night. Do we slam our tails and pout? No, we give big kisses! While reading How do Dinosaurs Say Goodnight this week we will learn about these fun friends.
The goal of Storybook Summer is to spend time reading with your children and engaging them in academic learning. No matter what the age of your child, he or she will love spending time reading a book with you! The lesson plans posted here are very informal but will give you ideas of activities you can do with your children every day related to the weekly book theme. Don’t feel like you need to do everything on the lesson plan. Go ahead and make revisions, additions, and deletions. Visit your local library and check out the Book of the Week at the library to save money (just remember to return it on time) or order it online from Amazon or similar.
Thank you for joining us for Storybook Summer!

I think this is so cute. My cousins adore dinosaurs and this seems like such a wonderful book to get them – I prefer getting them books over toys since I love to read to them 🙂
