We are all about healthy popsicles this summer! Making them is so much fun. In the spring I purchased the silicone Orka Ice Pop Molds and we have used them over and over again.
Blueberry Yogurt Popsicles
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or thawed frozen)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sesame flax seed (optional)
- Combine the blueberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and flax seed in a food processor.
- Fill popsicle mold or paper cup
- Freeze
- Enjoy!
This recipe is just as good with strawberries too!

I just made a big batch of yogurt-sicles today! My kids LOVE them! I make them similar to this too. Any smoothie we made, we freeze some too! YUM! And so much healthier!
