Have you ever wanted to stock up on fresh fruit when it is on sale but resisted because you knew it would go bad before you could eat it all? I used to pass on fruit deals because I hate throwing food away that we don’t eat. Lately I have been freezing fruits. It is super easy to do! Freezing grapes is easy, and the end result tastes almost as good as ice cream.

Freezing Grapes
2) Cover your cookie sheet/plate with a clean towel to prevent the fruit from sticking. I realized that not everyone has a big enough freezer to stick a cookie sheet in. You can definitely downsize!
3) Pour your clean fruit on the towel.
4) Freeze.
5) Remove from towel and put in to container/bag and stick back in the freezer.
