Time and time again we are told to stay healthy and shop the perimeter of the grocery store where the healthiest foods are located first and then  to grab what we need to complete our meals from the aisles.  Wouldn’t it be fantastic if we could save money on those perimeter items?  We are in luck!  Starting April 24th when we shop the perimeter at Publix  during the Publix Fresh Savings Event to load up our carts with fresh delicious produce and meats we will save on participating products while we are there!  Save on store brand items such as bagged salad, chicken breasts, eggs and fresh fruit.

But wait…..Before you head out to take advantage of the savings, be sure to download and print these Publix exclusive coupons.  These select savings on fresh foods are only available through May 8th.

    i know this sounds weird but my favorite produce items are onions and potatoes. i use them almost everyday with so many recipes, i wouldn’t know what to do without them! 🙂

    Love fresh herbs – rosemary, cilantro, italian parsley, basil, chives…it really does make quite a difference and can elevate a meal!
