It has been awhile since I have had one of those great shopping trips at Publix that make me say “THIS is why I use coupons. Look at those savings.” But today…today I had one of those great Publix shopping trips. I am lucky that I live in an area that doubles coupons and that the Publix stores near me take Target coupons as a competitor (although I didn’t use any today). I can really get my total down LOW with that fabulous combination.
Today’s Publix Shopping Trip
Trident Gum: $1.19 – $1.00 MobiSaves Rebate = Final Price is 19¢
Eggland’s Best Eggs: $2.25 – 70¢ (35¢ manufacturer coupon doubled) – 50¢ MobiSaves Rebate – 25¢ Shrink Eggs Rebate = Final Price is 80¢
Honey Nut Cheerios: $1.98 – 75¢ Honey Nut Cheerios Coupon – 30¢ Ibotta Cereal Rebate = Final Price is 93¢
Sandra’s Chicken: $4.98 – $2.00 manufacturer coupons = Final Price is $2.98
Kellogg’s Special K Bars: $2.50 – 75¢ manufacturer coupon – 75¢ Kellogg’s Ibotta rebate = Final Price is $1.00
My subtotal in the store was $8.50 + $0.41 sales tax. I paid $8.91 total out of pocket and submitted for $2.60 in rebates.
After all rebates my total will be $5.90 + tax. Woohoo!

Awesome job! KC Masterpiece has become a favorite BBQ sauce of mine since I bought my husband a smoker. I’ve had a lot of luck saving money at Target with their Cartwheel app and red card. Also, your laundry room pics on FB rock!!!!
