$3 Staples Coupon – Think School Supplies!

June 7, 2011 by Leandrea Voskanian

The Staples $3 off you total purchase coupon is HOT, HOT, HOT!  I have three words for you – THINK SCHOOL SUPPLIES!

Here are a few items I snapped pictures of tonight.

There is a whole section devoted to $1.00 deals!  Pick up three and you will meet the $3 requirement for the coupon and you will walk out with three items absolutely FREE!  Some school supply lists request Wet Wipes, so get them for free and help ease your Back To School Budget!

100 Envelopes (9″ x 12″ ): Priced at $5.00 – Only $2.00 after the new coupon!

Scotch Packing Tape: Priced at $3.29 – Only 29¢ after the coupon!

Just some glue prices.  Combine and get over $3.00 to use the coupon.  This is good for a “need it now” price.  Glue tends to fall to 25¢ in the weeks before school.

Elmer’s All Purpose Glue Stick: Priced at $3.29 – Only 29¢ after coupon!

Crayola Water Paint: Priced at $3.29 – Only 29¢ after coupon!

Rose Art Markers: Priced at $2.00 – combine with another item to use the $3 coupon.

We went to Staples tonight and scored all of the goodies in the photo below for 83¢!  The workbooks were on clearance for $1.50 each, which was the perfect way to get to $3.00.  I didn’t even pay sales tax, which was a shock to the cashier and myself.  My younger daughter chose the water paints for 29¢ and my older daughter chose the markers ($2.00) with the clearance stickers ($1.50).  Each of my girls took a coupon with a dollar to the register.  My store did not have any problems allowing the three of use to use three coupons back to back.  Actually, they thought it was cute the girls were buying their own supplies!

Have you been to Staples to use the $3 off your total purchase coupon?  We would love to know what you bought!

My store has two 2-sided cardboard stands full of $1, $2, and $3 items. I bought a box of 50 bright colored 4.75×6.5 envelopes ($3). Perfect for sending 4×6 prints. They had a little 3-pack (maybe it was 2) of LED push lights for $3 that I may try out tomorrow.
