And while we are talking about Target, I thought I would let you in on a little secret I have had for months now. My daughter attends preschool near a regular (non-Super-) Target location, and I have been purchasing my gallons of milk (Market Pantry brand) (non-organic) there for months now for $2.54/gallon. We purchase 1%, but the price is the same for all percents of milk there, and since we go through four gallons a week at our house, this saves us over $4/week! I honestly haven’t tested this price at all non-SuperTarget locations to verify that it is the case all over, but I can say for sure that the price is valid at the Target I shop at in Huntersville, NC that is a regular store. Our SuperTarget stores carry the same brand but for higher priced. Today I was excited to see that they lowered the price even more to $2.49/gallon! Leave us a comment here if you have a location you know of that has the milk priced this cheap, and we can get a list going!
And don’t forget that if you use your Target credit card or Target Debit Card, you even save an additional 5% off your milk purchase!!

I buy milk at Dollar General Market for normally at $3 dollars or under. At one point they had a BOGO on milk and it was priced at 2.60 so I bought milk for 1.30 a gallon!!!
Target in Huntsville is normally around 3.19 and Publix is 3.39 atm.
Wow! I wish I lived near you. We don’t have a super target but at target their milk is $4.29 a gallon. Around our house, Aldi’s is the place to buy milk. 🙂
Here in Winter Garden, FL, the milk is cheapest at the local Save-A-Lot. It’s been fluctuating between $2.49 and $2.69 per gallon (we buy whole milk)–fluctuating depending on gas prices going up or down (transportation costs).
Quik Trips have milk by the gallon for roughly $2.50/gal, and they have milk in half gallon bags for approx .97/half gallon. You are able to freeze the bags of milk and buy in bulk that way. Milk in a bag, we believe, has a better, more creamy taste to it.
